Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior team. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who want a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
Take and record vital signs as directed
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment
Provide compassionate and respectful resident-centered care
Weekend Warrior Schedule:
Weekend Warrior CNA position
Consistent weekend scheduling
Must meet Weekend Warrior program scheduling requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs (paid within first year)

Qualifications:
Active Ohio CNA certification
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet Weekend Warrior scheduling requirements
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
