What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, hygiene, oral care, and grooming
- Support residents during meals, including food and fluid intake as needed
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
- Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Create a welcoming, home-like, and respectful environment for residents and families
- Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs
What You'll Need
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs
- Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
