Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing fundamental patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients under the supervision of the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.

- Help clients with mobility by assisting in walking, exercising, and transferring them to and from beds and wheelchairs.

- Report vital information change on client conditions to staff and document care accurately.

- Ensure a clean and safe environment by maintaining client hygiene and tidying up patient rooms.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective care plans for clients.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.



Requirements:

-Valid Texas license/certification in good standing

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Current CPR/BLS certification

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to pass background check and drug screen

-Strong communication and compassion for patients

-Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and assisting patients.
