Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services
Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
