We are looking for team members who:
Provide exceptional resident-centered care
Support residents with daily living activities

Understand or are willing to learn dementia care best practices

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Encourage resident engagement and participation in activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
Compassionate and positive attitude
Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia care preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide respectful, dignified care
