Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN | Days | Nights

The Staff pad has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in Russellville, AL and we are looking to hire a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for their Med/Surg Department.

 In this role, the CNA will provide essential patient care and support under the direction of the nursing staff.

Schedule: PRN | Days | Nights

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
  
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
  
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks
  
• Maintain patient comfort and safety
  
• Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
  

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required
  
• 6 +months of CNA experience in a hospital setting preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
