    Position Summary

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Working alongside a dedicated healthcare team, you will assist residents with daily living activities and support their physical, emotional, and personal well-being in accordance with individualized care plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs.
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
    • Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
    • Support residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence.
    • Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed.
    • Ensure resident rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
    • Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
    • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members.

    Qualifications

    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and license in accordance with state regulations.
    • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional service to our Veteran residents.
