About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Desert Peak Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing vital sign measurements and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Assisting with feeding and hydration
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Current CNA certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
