    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide safe, compassionate, and ethical care to residents
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
    • Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
    • Support nurses and respiratory therapists with resident care needs
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
    • Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
    • Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
    • Compassionate, reliable, and punctual demeanor
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
    • Ability to commute or relocate to Philadelphia, PA 19145 prior to start date
    • English proficiency preferred
