    The Work You’ll Do

    As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support that helps residents live with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible. You’ll:

    • Provide direct care based on each resident’s individual needs and plan of care.
    • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care.
    • Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
    • Support resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
    • Document the care you provide.
    • Work alongside nurses and other team members to provide consistent, resident-centered care.

    You’ll also bring:

    • Completion of a Pennsylvania state-approved CNA training and competency program.
    • Active listing on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry, free of abuse or misconduct findings.
    • Experience providing personal care; long-term care experience is preferred.
    • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and safely assist residents with their care and mobility.
    • A team approach and willingness to communicate, help, and be someone others can count on.
