    As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide individualized, hands-on care to patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

    What You Will Do

    Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition
    Support patient comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being
    Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and changes in condition
    Follow and implement patient care plans in collaboration with licensed nursing staff
    Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
    Provide emotional support to patients and families
    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
    Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
    Support care across multiple units including inpatient, emergency room, and outpatient as needed
    Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care

    What We Are Looking For

    Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant Registered with ability to obtain certification within three months
    Current Basic Life Support certification
    Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
    Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
    Comfort working across multiple patient care settings

    Work Environment

    Part-time position
    May include varied shifts depending on patient needs
    Opportunity to support multiple areas of the hospital
