What You’ll Do

As a Home Care CNA, you will provide essential daily support to clients in private residences, helping them safely remain independent and supported at home.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide mobility assistance and safety support
• Offer companionship and supervision
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Maintain professionalism and respect in client homes

This role is non-medical home care and does not include facility-based nursing or hospital services.

Service Area

We serve clients across:

Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson, Scotland, Sampson, Bladen, Harnett, Moore, Lee, Johnston, Duplin, Wayne, Wake, and Richmond counties.

How It Works

Care opportunities are shared internally. You choose which assignments to accept based on availability, preference, and location.

Requirements

• Active NC Nurse Aide I Registry status
• TB screening or willingness to complete
• Criminal & abuse registry clearance
• Valid ID and authorization to work
• Reliable transportation
• Physically able to perform CNA duties
• CPR preferred
• Professional communication and dependability

Important Notice

This position begins as PRN. Employees are onboarded in advance so they are available as client assignments become active. You are never required to accept an assignment that does not meet your availability.
