About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Beachside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing personal care and assistance with mobility and transfers
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in our rehabilitation and nursing center
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting patients as needed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
• Assist with meal setup, serving, and cleanup
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
