We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, maintaining their dignity and respecting their individual needs and choices.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assisted living, personal care, and vital signs monitoring
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
