About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Stafford Township, New Jersey. As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and standards of care
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and communications
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that promotes resident comfort and dignity
