Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide personalized care and attention to residents' physical and emotional needs
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
