  • Shift: Days
  • Hours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule Pattern

Week 1- Monday- Tuesday- Friday- Saturday

Week 2 -Sunday - Wednesday -Thursday

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Obtain and document vital signs and report abnormalities to licensed nursing staff.
  • Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and mobility support.
  • Provide incontinence care and maintain resident comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and cognitive condition.
  • Support nutrition and hydration needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
  • Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
  • Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
  • Document care provided according to facility policies.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, residents, and families.
  • Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for WV
  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
