Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Nags Head, NC 27959
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Variable Day/Evening Shifts | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week
Shift Options: Days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay rate: 28-32$/hrResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, monitor resident conditions, and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
- Support infection prevention and control practices while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote quality resident outcomes.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Current BLS Certification (if required by the facility).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
- Ability to work flexible day or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Exceptional references from previous contract assignments are required.
- No Record of Behavior (Bank) or duo assignments accepted.
