Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Per Diem Opportunity in Nacogdoches, Texas. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

PAY RATE
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals and hydration needs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
- Support nursing staff with routine patient care duties
