    Position Summary

    The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assist residents with daily activities, including:

      • Meal services

      • Bathing and grooming

      • Ambulation and toileting

      • General hygiene and comfort needs

    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical record system

    • Support a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all residents

    • Monitor and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and report any changes to nursing staff

    • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain resident confidentiality

    • Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with residents, families, and coworkers

    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or clinical staff


    Qualifications
    • Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana

    • Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

    • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
