    Wyndmoor, PA | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

    Tender Care Hospice is now offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all newly hired full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

    Sign-On Bonus Available:
    Tender Care Hospice is now offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all newly hired full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

    • $750 issued after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
    • $750 issued after successful completion of 180 days of employment.
    Qualifications
    • Graduate of a state-certified Nurse’s Aide training program

    • In good standing with the State Board of Nursing

    • Experience working with patients facing serious illness or end-of-life care preferred

    • Must embrace the hospice philosophy of comfort, dignity, and compassion

    • Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

    Responsibilities

    Working under the supervision of the RN Case Manager and/or Patient Care Coordinator, the CNA will:

    • Provide personal care (bathing, feeding, grooming, transferring, vital signs, bed linen and mouth care)

    • Support patients and families with emotional and practical needs

    • Maintain infection control and safety standards

    • Assist with caregiver/patient teaching and bereavement activities as appropriate

    • Monitor and stock patient supplies at home

    • Document patient care accurately

    • Participate in staff meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration

    Orientation & Training

    Accountability
