Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout Pahrump, Nevada.
This is a full-time opportunity for a CNA who enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one care and helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
What You'll Do
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
Assist with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and exercises as directed
Take and document vital signs as appropriate
Assist with meal preparation and other activities of daily living
Provide care according to the patient's established plan of care
Observe patients and report changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and families
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
Current Nevada CNA license required
Must be at least 18 years old
Current driver's license and reliable transportation
Current CPR certification
Current TB clearance/health card meeting applicable requirements or ability to obtain
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in patients' homes
Home Health or Home Care experience preferred
Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
