Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing Home Health team in Las Vegas!

This full-time opportunity serves patients throughout North Las Vegas and areas north of Charleston Boulevard, on both the east and west sides of the valley.

If you enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one care and helping patients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Support mobility, ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living

• Monitor and document vital signs as appropriate

• Provide care according to individualized patient care plans

• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team

• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to support patient needs

• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

What We're Looking For

• Current Nevada CNA license required

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Las Vegas territory

• Home Health or Home Care experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to complete required background screening

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
