What You?ll Do

• Provide daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Follow individualized care plans and resident assessments
• Communicate effectively with nurses, supervisors, and care teams
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion
• Staffing ratios: 1:13 or 2:13, supporting quality resident care

What We?re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state
• Passion for caring for veterans and making a difference
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset
