Senior Lifecare and Family Agency LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care services to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.

As a PCA, CNA, or HHA, you will play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship and support. We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, punctual, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.


Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying living areas, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist clients with transfers and mobility using proper safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Current PCA, CNA, or HHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility when necessary.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus, but not required.
