What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Building meaningful relationships through compassionate, person-centered care
Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social engagement
Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
Current New Jersey CNA certification (Required)
At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus, but not required
