    What You'll Do

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include:

    • Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
    • Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
    • Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
    • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
    • Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care

     

    Qualifications

    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations
    • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents
