    Shift: Full time, Part time, Days, Eves and Nights

    Pay: $22/hr+

    We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support to residents/patients while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

    The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and works well as part of a team.



    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    • Take and record vital signs and other patient information as directed.
    • Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents/patients.
    • Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
    • Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as needed.
    • Provide compassionate emotional and social support.
    • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines.
    • Accurately document care provided.
    • Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

    Qualifications

    • Current CNA certification in New York
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 1 year long-term care experience required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with patient transfers.
