Immediate Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunities with our skilled nursing facility in Commack, NY.


Pay Rate: $29.00/hr


Available Shifts:
  • 7:00am - 3:15pm (Day)
  • 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Evening)
  • 11:00pm - 7:15am (Night)

Job Details:
  • Provide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision and the given facility standards.
  • As directed by professional staff, moves, positions, lifts and transports residents in care using a variety of lifts and other aids in order to make them more comfortable, to prepare them for treatment and to deliver them to appropriate treatment facilities.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient’s/client’s progress.
  • Assist in the transport of patients.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Qualifications:
  • Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Prior long term care experience a plus
