Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse supervisor or charge nurse
Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatments
Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and services
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
0 years of experience as a CNA (recent graduates welcome to apply)
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
