Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

• Document care provided according to agency guidelines

• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for every client

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA Certification

• Current TB test and required health documents (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver’s License

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, professional, and dependable

• Previous home care experience is a plus
