Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Job Description:
Nightingale's List is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care in a rehab/nursing home setting, assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
  
• 
  
• Assist with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents.
  
• 
  
• Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff.
  
• 
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control guidelines.
  
• 
  
• Support residents with restorative care plans to promote independence.
  
• 
  
• Assist in transporting residents within the facility for appointments or recreational activities.
  
• 
  
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  

Requirements:

• Must have an active CNA license in the state of New Mexico.
  
• 
  
• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience in a rehab/nursing home setting.
  
• 
  
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
  
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  
•
