Position Summary 

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. 

Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift. 

 
 

Essential Duties 

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 

• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting 

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff 

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning 

• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents 

• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members 

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations 

 
 

Qualifications 

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky 

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred (but not required) 

• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care 

• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable) 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
