About the Role:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, providing support with personal care and hygiene
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff, ensuring prompt attention and care
Support the nursing team with vital tasks, such as vital sign monitoring and documentation
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
Education and Experience:
Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in healthcare or related field preferred
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
