Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide

Tailored Home Care Services is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults throughout the Jacksonville area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Document daily care and report changes in client condition

Requirements

• Current Florida CNA license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing OR a minimum 40-hour Home Health Aide certificate
• Must pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
