Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Location: Sandia Senior Suites – Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends

Position Summary:We seek a compassionate and reliable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to residents in our long-term care community, promoting their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Provide mobility assistance such as transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Support residents' emotional and social needs with compassion and dignity
- Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Qualifications:- Valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for senior care
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
