Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Evenings

Job Details: Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing). Qualifications: Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of SD required in hand, at time of resume submission.

Immediate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) contract opportunity with our skilled nursing facility in Mitchel SD.

• must have SD license in hand to apply

Local Pay Rate: $27.00/hr
Travel Pay Rates: $11.85/hr taxed + $15.15/hr per diem

Available Shifts:

• Evening 2p-10:30p x 5 days/week
• 40 hours per week guaranteed

Contract Details:

• 13-week contract (extensions likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of SD required in hand, at time of resume submission
• One year LTC/SNF in last 2 years required
• PCC charting experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
