Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
Assist with mobility and positioning of residents
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Follow care plans and communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Shift: Full-time or Part-time positions available
