    About the Practice

    Unified Womens Healthcare is the leading national platform dedicated exclusively to womens health. Our premier affiliated practice, Emerald Coast OB/GYN, is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing team.

    Emerald Coast OB/GYN is a single-specialty practice entirely devoted to providing evidence-based, compassionate care. Our CNMs and physicians operate as a highly collaborative team, managing prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to maximize both safety and continuity of care for our patients.

    Position Highlights

    • Established & Growing Team: Join a robust, supportive network of 14 clinicians, including 9 physicians, 4 CNMs, and 4 WHNPs across two practice locations.
    • On-Site Resources: Full access to in-office ultrasounds, phlebotomy, and screening mammography.
    • Patient Volume: Outpatient volume averages 30-35 patients per day.
    • Hospital Affiliation: Deliveries are conducted at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital, featuring a state-of-the-art Level III NICU.
    • Thriving Practice: The practice averages 120 deliveries per month.
    • Balanced Schedule: 12-hour call rotations (1-2 days per week) paired with 3-4 office days per week.

    Position Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience practicing as a CNM.
    • Certification: Current AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife credential.
    • Education: Graduate of a nurse-midwifery program accredited by the ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
    • Degree: Master of Science in Nursing (MS/MSN).
    • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida.
    • Life Support: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) certifications.
