Join the Adult Acute Care team at Scott's Hill Medical Center, Novant Health's newest coastal hospital. This 36-bed adult acute care unit provides an excellent opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants looking to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Whether you're an experienced CNA or newly certified, you'll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in acute care while working alongside experienced nurses, leaders, and interdisciplinary team members dedicated to helping you succeed.

As part of a growing hospital and unit, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care while gaining valuable experience that can support future career growth within Novant Health.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Day Shift

Status: Full-Time (36 hours per week)

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: 1 year, preferred. 1 year of Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Basic computer skills for documentation.
