The Nursing Float Pool offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Certified nursing assistants in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. Schedule: 6:45pm - 7:15am, Night Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 11p-7a; Float Pool Differential)

What Were Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience: One year preferred. One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
