Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant
CNA for LTC unit- 12hr Days. ASAP start date
CO CNA license and BLS required- must be active and in profile
Diagnosis: Dementia, COPD, CHF, Deconditioning.
Min of 1 yrs experience in SNF/LTA setting
EMR: Athena
20 bed geritatric unit
Manager will interview and offer.
