Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs as directed by the care plan
- Communicate patient status changes and concerns promptly to supervising nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in compliance with facility standards
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations
Requirements:- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of California
- 1 year of CNA experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care techniques, infection control, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a strong work ethic
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
