    What You'll Do

    • Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
    • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
    • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
    • Maintain accurate documentation
    • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting residents, families, and team members

    What We're Looking For

    • Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
    • Minimum one year of CNA experience
    • At least one year of experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or skilled rehabilitation facility
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    • Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
