• The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional observations/reviews, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting dietary information about residents under the supervision of the Registered /Licensed Dietitian. Refers residents to the Registered/Licensed Dietitian as appropriate, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) QUALIFICATIONS:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Experience preferred, not required
