Earn $21.50–$24.25 an hour as a CNA in our Tapestries Memory Care neighborhood at Collingswood Manor, a nonprofit senior living community certified a Great Place to Work for 9 years running. We'll get back to you within 48 hours of applying.

Tapestries is our dedicated memory care program: a home-like setting and a person-centered approach built specifically for residents living with Alzheimer's and other dementias. As a CNA here, you'll work closely with a smaller, consistent group of residents and get to know them well.

What you'll do

• Help residents with daily activities like grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Follow each resident's individualized care plan and complete required documentation
• Check in on residents regularly to support their safety and well-being
• Assist residents with meals, mobility, and assistive devices
• Build real relationships with residents and encourage them to join in daily activities
• Work with the care team to keep care person-centered and consistent
• Share what you notice about residents' preferences and needs with the nursing team

What you'll need
Required:

• Current, active New Jersey CNA certification
• 1+ years of experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting
• Able to read and understand care plans and safety instructions, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team

• $21.50–$24.25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Part-time and per diem. Evening shifts, with required weekend and holiday rotation.
