Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Assisted Living - Strabane Woods of Washington

Washington, PA - Regular Full-time and Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM), Evening Shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM) and Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) including rotating weekends and holidays. 

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour - $23.00/hour; Depending on experience + up to $500 Sign-on Bonus

The Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for the Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA):

• Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
