Job Summary:
Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified employment partners in hiring a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Certified Nail Technician for a nail salon located in Boca Raton, Florida.
The selected candidate will provide manicure, pedicure, acrylic nail, nail-design, and waxing services while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for salon clients.
The hiring manager is currently conducting interviews with nail technicians who have experience providing manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. Candidates with strong acrylic and nail-design skills are especially encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
• The salon’s regular business hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Workdays and hours will be assigned based on salon and client needs
• Weekend availability may be required
• Candidates must be available to work a flexible salon schedule

Payment Terms:
• Pay rate: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Tips are provided in addition to the hourly pay rate

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services
• Apply acrylic nails, nail extensions, and other nail enhancements
• Create professional nail designs based on client requests
• Perform nail shaping, filing, polishing, and general nail-care services
• Apply regular polish, gel polish, and other available nail products
• Provide waxing services when assigned and properly qualified
• Consult with clients regarding nail-care preferences, designs, services, and maintenance
• Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
• Properly clean and disinfect tools, equipment, chairs, and service areas
• Follow all Florida sanitation, safety, and cosmetology regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of salon services, products, and pricing
• Recommend appropriate nail-care services and products to clients
• Assist with appointment preparation, client intake, and salon organization as needed
• Manage service time efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Build positive and professional relationships with returning clients
• Report damaged equipment, sanitation concerns, or supply needs to salon management
• Follow all salon policies, procedures, appearance requirements, and customer-service standards
Minimum Requirements:
• Must hold a current and valid Florida Nail Specialist, Nail Technician, Cosmetology, or other applicable professional license
• Previous professional nail salon experience is preferred
• Experience providing manicures and pedicures is required
• Experience applying acrylic nails is strongly preferred
• Experience creating nail designs and nail art is strongly preferred
• Waxing experience is preferred
• Must understand proper sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control procedures
• Must be professional, dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Must be comfortable communicating directly with clients and salon staff
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a salon team
• Must be available for a flexible full-time or part-time schedule
• Weekend availability may be required
• Must have reliable transportation to the Boca Raton area
• Punctual and consistent attendance is required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to provide documentation verifying professional licensing or certification
