Job Title: Certified Medication Technician
Job Type: PRN / As Needed
Shift: 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
Pay Range: $24.25 - 29.50 (Final offer reflecting the candidate''s skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You''ll Do
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
- Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
- Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
- Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly
What We''re Looking For
- Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of hands-on experience as a CMT-ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting.
- Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
