As a CMT at Arbor, Your Work Matters
You'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, supported and cared for each day.
You'll:
Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring
Respond compassionately to resident needs and changes in condition
Communicate important resident updates to nurses and other members of the care team
Help ensure medications are administered safely and accurately
Support and guide care team members during your shift
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive
You'll Be Great on This Team If You Have
A high school diploma or equivalent
A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
A desire to work collaboratively with a supportive senior living team
